miScript miRNA QC PCR Arrays enable assessment of the quality of multiple cDNA samples prepared using the miScript II RT Kit (using miScript HiSpec Buffer provided in the kit). miScript miRNA QC PCR Arrays are available in 96-well, 384-well, and Rotor-Disc 100 formats. The 96-well plate and Rotor-Disc 100 formats allow quality control of up to 8 cDNA samples. The 384-well format allows quality control of up to 32 cDNA samples. Use of the miScript miRNA QC PCR Array enables testing of the quality of cDNA prepared using the miScript II RT Kit, ensuring that only high-quality samples are used in subsequent experiments, which saves time and reagents.
miScript miRNA PCR Arrays are intended for molecular biology applications. This product is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of a disease.

miScript miRNA QC PCR Array layout for plate formats A, C, D, F. Wells 1 and 2 of each row contain replicate C. elegans miR-39 miScript Primer Assays (39). Well 3 of each row contains a miR-16 miScript Primer Assay (16). Well 4 of each row contains a miR-21 miScript Primer Assay (21). Well 5 of each row contains a miR-191 miScript Primer Assay (191). Wells 6 to 8 of each row each contain an assay for a different snoRNA (61 = SNORD61 assay, 95 = SNORD95 assay, 96A = SNORD96A assay). Wells 9 and 10 of each row contain replicate miRTC miScript Primer Assays (miRTC). Wells 11 and 12 of each row contain replicate positive PCR controls (PPC). These formats enable the quality assessment of up to 8 cDNA samples.

【求助】miRNA mimic qRT-PCR检测可以提高多少倍?
nvonne 我购买的miRNA mimic 带FAM标记,本打算用流式检测转染效率,但发现荧光信号很弱,转染后采用定量PCR检测miRNA的表达变化,相对定量分析,发现mimic组比NC阴性对照组的miRNA表达量提高了100多倍,这虽然表明转染mimic成功,但总感觉这么高的变化有点太离谱了是不是?也没查到相关文献,谁能给我一些参考?非常感谢 zhujoker 顺转就是这么高,我的也是这样,有的能够上调1000倍
