Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GAPDH antibody [GT239] (HRP) (GTX627408-01) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
GAPDH antibody [GT239] (HRP) detects GAPDH antibody protein at cytoplasm in rat testis by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat testis.
