鞭毛室 flagellated chamber

　　构成海绵动物沟系中心的小室，它的壁由领细胞组成，通过领细胞的鞭毛运动，把水经由小孔→流入沟→前幽门孔形成的水流朝后幽门孔→流出沟→胃腔→出水口的方向推动，摄取水中的微生物作为食物。此外并还在此处进行呼吸和排泄。单沟型（ as-con type）沟系的海绵无鞭毛室，其领细胞在胃腔壁上。
