Objective: this kit is used to determine the content of serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
Operation steps:

文献和实验（一）原理 凋亡细胞是由于内源性核酸内切酶的激活后，将DNA 切割成许多双链DNA 片段以及高分子量DNA 单链断裂点（缺口），暴露出大量3- 羟基末端，如用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶（TdT ）将标记的dUTP 进行缺口末端标记，则可原位特异地显示出凋亡细胞。主要应用的是荧光标记法和酶标记法。 （二）荧光标记法 1 ．材料与试剂 采用德国Boehringer-Mannheim 公司In Situ Cell
原位末端转移酶标记技术 （ISEL）检测细胞凋亡 根据细胞凋亡时核酸内切酶被激活，将细胞核染色体DNA从核小体连接处切断，产生单股或双股DNA链。根据这一生化特性，将外源性核苷酸和酶（末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶（TdT）和DNA聚合酶I或Klenow大片段）渗入到凋亡细胞中，催化标记的外源性核苷酸与断裂的 DNA链相结合，并通过一定的显示系统显色。 由于凋亡细胞内的内源性核酸酶被激活后，将自身染色体或DNA切割，产生与DNA断裂数目相同
