Quality
Low inorganic phosphate content. Mixtures of α- and β-glycerophosphate have historically been used in microbiological media but high levels of inorganic (free) phosphate has been associated with the irregular growth of bacteria and unwanted precipitates.9
Application
β-Glycerophosphate is a classical serine-threonine phosphatase inhibitor used in kinase reaction buffers.1 BGP is often used in combination with other phosphatase/protease inhibitors for broad spectrum inhibition.2,3 It functions as an organic phosphate donor4 and has been used in culture media for mesenchymal stem cell differentiation to osteoblast-type cells.5,6 BGP is also used to buffer M17 media for Lactococcus culture in recombinant protein expression.7,8
β-glycerophosphate is used in homegenization solutions for muscles extracts following fixation.

的螯合剂有以下这些物质：CaNa 2 ·EDTA（乙二胺四乙酸钙二钠）—Pb，Cd，Mn；BAL（2，3——二巯基丙醇）—Hg，As，Cr；β，β—二甲基半胱氨酸—pb，Hg；二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠三水合物等。但是，镉中毒时，用螯合剂会使肾的损害加剧，因此，遇此情况时，尽量不用螯合剂为好。对有机铅之类物质中毒，用螯合剂解毒则无能为力。此外，螯合剂对生物体所必需的重金属也起螯合作用，因而，使用时需加以注意。
（1）10 ×缺口平移缓冲液：200mmol/l Tris-HCl，pH7.4含50mmol/L MgCl2；100mmol/Lβ-巯基乙醇、1mg/ml BSA。 （2）缺口平移反应终止液：200mmol/L NaCl；10mmol/l Tris-HCl，pH7.4；11mmol/L EDTA； 0.5% SDS。 （3）DNaseⅠ:干粉状DNaseⅠ(2000～3000u/mg)溶于20mmol/l Tris-HCl，pH7.5中（1mg/ml），10μl分装，-20
