K1 monoclonal antibody (mAb), mouse, IgG2a, kappa chain
K1单克隆抗体(mAb)，小鼠，IgG2a，kappa链
K1单克隆抗体，IgG2a亚型，能够识别dsRNA(双链RNA)。K1抗体可用于检测细胞和组织中的dsRNA.
经证明，K1抗体是J2很好的替代品。在一些特殊的实验中，用K1代替J2抗体，可以明显解决交叉反应或者是高背景。
K1抗体可以检测病毒dsRNA中间体，例如肝炎病毒、小鼠脑脊髓病毒、乙型脑炎病毒等。K1抗体还可以检测培养细胞以及石蜡包埋组织中的dsRNA。
如果要检测Poly I:C（多聚肌苷酸），我们强烈推荐使用K1抗体而非J2抗体，因为K1与合成的多核糖核苷酸有很强的亲和力
K1抗体被用来检测用poly I:C处理过的鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（MEFs），如右图。dsRNA的存在会有磷酸化的elF2a伴随出现，因为可用于蛋白质合成捕捉，如左图。
K1抗体被广泛应用于免疫荧光、流式细胞术（FACS）和免疫捕捉检测，例如斑点免疫印迹及ELISA实验。
