J2单克隆抗体(mAb)，小鼠，IgG2a，kappa链
J2单克隆抗体，IgG2a亚型，是抗dsRNA的单克隆抗体，它已经成为检测dsRNA的黄金标准。J2抗体最初用于检测植物病毒，后来，2006年Weber et al这篇论文中表明，J2抗体可以检测到感染细胞内所有正链RNA病毒产生的大量双链RNA(dsRNA)。因此J2抗体被广泛应用于这一检测领域，发表文章达200多篇。
J2抗体可以检测病毒的dsRNA 中间体，如丙型肝炎病毒，登革热病毒、鼻病毒、基孔肯雅热病毒、狂犬病病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、猪瘟病毒、雀麦草花叶病毒等等。J2抗体的将测样本可以是培养的细胞，也可以是石蜡包埋组织。
J2抗体可以应用于电镜学、免疫荧光显微技术、免疫组化及各种捕捉实验，如斑点免疫印迹和ELISA实验。J2抗体是检测未知病原体是细菌或是病毒的诊断工具。最近，J2抗体被用来监测准备体外合成mRNA时dsRNA的消除，这对于基因治疗有潜在的应用价值。
