This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone E2.19 Form DJ-1 Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Purified Antibody (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Human, Zebrafish IsoType IgM [Ab] 1 mg/mL Specificity DJ-1 is a multifunctional protein associated with prostate cancer, male infertility, and oxidative stress. DJ-1 mutations have recently been shown as causative of autosomal recessive, early onset Parkinson’s disease. Signet’s DJ-1 monoclonal antibody, clone E2.19, has been shown to specifically recognize a fusion protein of GST/DJ-1 but not GST alone. It also recognizes a FLAG-tagged DJ-1 expressed in eukaryotic cells.
This antibody was purified by size exclusion chromatography.Uses DJ-1 Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and ELISA. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:1,000-1:10,000
