This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Affinity Purified Antibody (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity MLK-2 Polyclonal Antibody (SIGNET)Human [Ab] see vial Specificity MLK-2 is a member of the mixed lineage kinase family whose kinase domain shows both tyrosine specific and serine/threonine specific protein kinases. Signet’s MLK-2 affinity purified polyclonal was raised against amino acids 248-265 of human MLK-2. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation (IP) and ELISA. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. Storage MLK-2 Polyclonal Antibody (SIGNET)Do not store antibody diluted below 50 ug/mL in the absence of protein (i.e.: add 2% bovine serum albumin).
