This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone TU-20 Form Tissue Culture Supernatant (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Mouse Species Reactivity Tubulin (TU-20) Monoclonal Antibody (SIGNET)Human IsoType IgG1 Specificity Signet’s Tubulin antibody reacts with a neuron specific epitope (ESESQGPK) of the β-III isoform of tubulin.

SIG-3840-1000 [1 mL]
Prediluted Format:
SIG-3840-26 [6 mL] is ready-to-use with Biotin-based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC:
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be digested with an enzyme such as Protease g for 10 minutes at 37°C.
Incubation: 60 minutes at room temperature when using Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
