Description 
Monoclonal Antibody against Bin-1 Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone 2F11 Form Protein A Purified Antibody (in PBS + 0.1% NaN3) Host Mouse IsoType Bin-1 Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET) IgG1 Specificity Bridging Integrator Protein 1 (Bin1) is a novel human gene product with features of a tumor suppressor. Data also supports that Bin1 may facilitate apoptosis. Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:40 with biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues and frozen sections (see references for other applications)
Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as Retrieve-All 1 (SIG-31910).
Incubation: 60 minutes at room temperature for Biotin based detection systems such as Signets USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250)
