This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone 3C9 Form Ascites Host Mouse Species Reactivity ABCA3 (p180 Lamellar Body Protein) Monoclonal Antibody Rat IsoType IgG2a [Ab] 5-7 mg/mL Specificity The p180 protein [LB180, ABCA3] has been identified as a component of lamellar body membrane. It plays an important role in the formation of pulmonary surfactant, probably by transporting lipids such as cholesterol. The ABCA3 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A3) antibody serves as an excellent marker for researchers studying lung physiology, development, membrane dynamics or protein export. This antibody was generated against purified rat lamellar body membranes. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunoflurescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunogold electron microscopy (IEM). Suggested Working Dilution ABCA3 (p180 Lamellar Body Protein) Monoclonal Antibody The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:1,000*
