This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone 116.40 Form Human Flightless-I Protein Monoclonal Antibody, Purified Purified Antibody Host Mouse Species Reactivity Human IsoType IgG1 [Ab] 1 mg/mL Specificity The Flightless-I Protein was originally identified in the vinegar fly Drosophila but it is conserved in most multicellular organisms, including humans. Studies have shown that mutations in this gene result either in abnormal muscle function or in arrested development and embryonic lethality.
The protein sequence indicates that Flightless-I may be a regulator of the cytoskeleton and may have an important role during cell division. Adding to its essential role in early development, the protein is also involved in general cell function and muscle function.Uses Human Flightless-I Protein Monoclonal Antibody, Purified This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. This antibody is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.
