    3-Methyladenine(3-MA,NSC 66389)是一种广泛应用的细胞自噬抑制剂,可以抑制PI3K活性,对PI3K Vps34的抑制作用强于PI3KγIC50分别为25μM60μM3-Methyladenine以时间和剂量依赖的方式降低细胞活力,其作用与caspase-3的活化相关。在正常和饥饿条件下,3-MA都可以引起肿瘤细胞的死亡,并抑制细胞迁移和侵袭,该作用与其抑制细胞自噬的能力无关3-MA阻断自噬体的形成,有效抑制细胞内蛋白降解,但是,对细胞内蛋白酶活性没有影响,抑制烟草细胞的细胞自噬反应
