羧酸酯酶1(CE1)是大型多基因羧酸酯酶α,β水解酶家族的成员。它主要在肝脏中表达。CE1 包括一个 αβ 结构域、一个中心催化结构域和一个调控结构域。该产品的体积为0.5ml。
Application
人羧酸酯酶1亚型c已被用作贻贝羧酸酯酶活性的参考标准,用于比较底物特异性和抑制研究。它还被用作商业重组蛋白,用于基于环境化学的抑制研究的方法验证。
Biochem/physiol Actions
