    说明:从植物中分离微粒体膜是实验室中常见实验,植物细胞中微粒体部分是植物研究项目的重点。微粒体中富含细胞膜,内质网,高尔基体,液泡膜和其他膜结构。传统的分离方法需要大量的样品量,通过超速离心来分离不同的膜结构,步骤复杂。MM-018试剂盒提供了一种快速,简单无需特殊仪器的分离方法,很小的样品量(200mg)即可提取。优化的缓冲液系统,通过简单的离心可分离水溶性胞浆蛋白和非水溶性微粒体,特别是细胞膜部分。操作时间<1小时,蛋白质得率可达100-200ug/样品
