    描述  

    核膜蛋白是一种非常复杂的膜蛋白,由于与细胞核细胞质相连所以非常难以分离和纯化。传统方法提取和纯化需要非常大的样本量,并且过程乏味冗长。Minute核膜蛋白提取试剂盒是第一个可以快速分离天然核膜蛋白的商业试剂盒,无需使用梯度离心,超速离心。专利离心管柱技术简单,快速方便操作。起始样品量仅需10-20million个细胞,缓冲液不含表面活性剂和EDTA,操作时间<45分钟,并可获得10-50ug蛋白/样品。

    应用  

    提取的蛋白质样品可以应用于SDS-PAGE,immunoblottings,ELISA,IP,蛋白质运输分析,酶活性检测和其他应用。
