| 描述 | Zingerone (Vanillylacetone) is a nontoxic methoxyphenol isolated from Zingiber officinale, with potent anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antidiarrhoeic, antilipolytic, antispasmodic and anti-tumor properties. Zingerone(Gingerone) alleviates oxidative stress and inflammation, down-regulates NF-κB mediated signaling pathways. Zingerone(Gingerone) acts as an anti-mitotic agent, and inhibits the growth of neuroblastoma cells. |
| 体外活性 | Zingerone在化学结构上与其他风味化学物质(如vanillin和eugenol)相似,常作为香料添加剂用于辛香料油中。新鲜的姜中不含vanillylacetone;经烹饪使得姜中存在的gingerol通过retro-aldol反应转化为vanillylacetone。Zingerone很可能是姜中负责止泻功效的活性成分。[1] |
