| 描述 | Validamycin A is an antibiotic and fungicide that inhibits the alginate enzyme trehalase and thus protects crops from the fungus Rhizoctonia solani, as well as being a reversible inhibitor of tyrosinase. |
| 体外活性 | Validamycin A（0.1–5 mg/mL，处理 2 天）能显著抑制黄单胞菌（Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Xoo）的生长，最低抑菌浓度为 1 mg/mL。同时在扫描电镜下可观察到 Xoo 细胞表面起泡、变形等结构破坏，表明其具有直接抑菌活性[1]。 |
| 体内活性 | 在水稻植物体内试验中，Validamycin A（200 μg/mL，叶面喷洒，每 3 天一次，共 3 次）显著减少由 Xoo 感染引起的白叶枯病发病率，平均病斑长度降低约 60%。该药剂在植物体内具有优良的防病效果，且未见植物毒性[1]。 |
