产品活性：Validamycin A 是一种杀菌剂，属于农用抗生素，最初从 Streptomyces hygroscopicus var. limoneus 中分离得到。Validamycin A 能抑制黄曲霉的生长, 其 MIC 值为 1 μg/mL。Validamycin A 对立枯丝核菌的海藻酸酶 (trehalase) 有高效的抑制活性，其 IC₅₀ 为 72 μM。Validamycin A 是一种可逆的酪氨酸酶抑制剂，其 K_i 值为 5.893 mM。
