本产品为即用型马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂平板，平板规格为90×15 mm，培养基经121℃、20 min 高温灭菌，每块平板含25 mL的培养基。适用于一般细菌的培养，特别适用于分子生物学试验中大肠杆菌的保存和培养。本品免去了客户配置LB培养基过程中消耗的时间和精力，明显提高实验效率。

配方
20% Potato Infusion
2% Dextrose
1.5% Agar
使用方法
1. 使用前，先将平皿放置到37℃恒温箱预热。
2. 无菌操作，接种菌种，如大肠杆菌（E.coli）。
3. 平皿倒置在37℃恒温箱培养。大肠杆菌培养时间一般为12~16 h。
注意事项
1. 本产品仅限于科学实验研究使用，不得用于临床诊断、治疗等领域。
2. 平皿盖子如有冷凝水，属正常现象，不影响使用。
3. 冷藏时平皿正置，可以减少冷凝水的形成。
4. 抗生素不稳定，请在有效期内尽快使用。
5. 含有X-gal的平皿需避光保存。
6. 收到物品后，请立刻取出并放置冰箱冷藏（4℃），正置。
7. 本产品接受定制。
