The whole assay could be completed in only 2 hours. This complete kit differs from the standard qPCR Lentivirus Titration Kit (Cat. No. LV900) in that it contains the Lentivirus 2X qPCR MasterMix necessary for the real-time PCR reaction. The titer primers supplied in this kit are designed for all HIV-1 based vectors detection.
