The SuperScript® III One-Step RT-PCR System with Platinum®
Taq DNA Polymerase offers the highest sensitivity available for end point detection. This system combines the high thermostability of SuperScript® III RT with the specificity of Platinum®
Taq DNA Polymerase to increase priming specificity, generate higher product yields, and identify a larger range of targets. The one-step format enables easy analysis of gene expression or detection of rare or viral RNA.

Sensitive – Routine detection down to 0.01 pg total RNA (Figure 1)

Convenience – One-step format for speed, convenience, and less reaction-to-reaction variability

Specificity – Uses SuperScript® III RT for cDNA synthesis up to 55°C, for more specific priming with gene specific primers (Figure 2)

Amplicon Size – Compatible Detection of targets up to 4.5 kb in length for greater flexibility
