    pCMV-T7-ETV7-3×FLAG-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV enhancer and CMV promoter carried by the plasmid can jointly initiate the efficient expression of the human ETV7 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of a 3×FLAG tag, which facilitates the detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. The plasmid carries the Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
