The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the mouse Prkaa1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the Prkaa1 gene with a 6×His tag, facilitating the affinity interaction of the fusion protein with nickel ions for protein purification. It can also be detected and identified using anti-His antibodies, aiding in the separation, purification, and detection of proteins. The plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating stable integration of the gene into host cells.
