    pLV3-CMV-Prkaa1-6×His-mCherry-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the mouse Prkaa1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the Prkaa1 gene with a 6×His tag, facilitating the affinity interaction of the fusion protein with nickel ions for protein purification. It can also be detected and identified using anti-His antibodies, aiding in the separation, purification, and detection of proteins. The plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid also carries the mCherry red fluorescent protein for detecting the expression and localization of the target gene.
