    pLV3-CMV-PRKAA2-6×His-mCherry-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV enhancer and CMV promoter jointly initiate the transcription of the human PRKAA2 gene. The plasmid expresses a 6×His tag at the C-terminus of the PRKAA2 gene, facilitating the affinity interaction of the fusion protein with nickel ions for protein purification, and can also use anti-His antibodies to detect and identify the target protein, aiding in the separation, purification, and detection of proteins.
