pMIGR1-FLAG-RARA-HA-IRES-EGFP This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the human RARA gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the HA tag and the N-terminal fusion expression of the FLAG tag, facilitating experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. Additionally, the plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating the stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries GFP green fluorescent protein for observing the expression and localization of the target gene. The plasmid also carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
