展开Quick-Load® 1 kb DNA Ladder 是一种预混合的即用型分子量 Marker，内含溴酚蓝示踪染料。
DNA Ladder 包含由专有质粒经适当的限制性内切酶完全消化，产生的 10 个条带，适用作琼脂糖凝胶电泳的分子量标准。消化后的 DNA 包含 0.5 kb 到 10.0 kb 的片段。3.0 kb 片段的强度更高，可用作参照带。
NEB 还提供此 Ladder 的 Quick-Load 紫色染料版本。
