Human Cell-Free Protein Expression Master Mix for mRNA是使用mRNA进行无细胞蛋白质合成的试剂。本制品含有人细胞来源的核糖体、翻译起始/延伸因子和tRNA等所有蛋白质合成的必需因子。只需在一个反应管中向本制品添加编码蛋白质的加帽mRNA*1，在32℃下孵育数小时即可完成蛋白质合成的反应，操作十分简单。与传统的基于细胞的实验相比，本制品不仅是目标蛋白质生产的快速方法，也是mRNA构建体评估的快速方法。因此，适用于筛选疫苗开发等应用的mRNA构建体。
* 1：蛋白质表达需要在mRNA上添加帽子结构。一般情况下，可使用帽类似物进行共转录加帽或者使用加帽酶，比如Vaccinia virus或Faustovirus来源的加帽酶，以及2’-O-Methyltransferase。
