检测原理简述

本套件采用双抗体夹心法：

1. 预包被在微孔板上的特异性抗小鼠IL‑17A抗体捕获样品中的IL‑17A。
2. 加入生物素化检测抗体形成“捕获抗体‑IL‑17A‑检测抗体”复合物。
3. 链霉亲和素‑HRP 与生物素结合，形成酶标记复合物。
4. 加TMB底物在HRP催化下产生蓝色，终止液转为黄色。
5. 使用酶标仪在450 nm读取OD值，依据标准曲线计算样品中IL‑17A浓度。

使用建议与注意事项

Principle of the Assay

This kit utilizes a dual‑antibody sandwich format:

1. The specific anti‑mouse IL‑17A antibody pre‑coated on the microplate captures IL‑17A present in the sample.
2. Biotinylated detection antibody is added, forming a “capture antibody‑IL‑17A‑detection antibody” complex.
3. Streptavidin‑HRP binds to the biotin, creating an enzyme‑labeled complex.
4. TMB substrate is added; HRP catalysis generates a blue color, which turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution.
5. Optical density is measured at 450 nm with a microplate reader, and IL‑17A concentrations are calculated using the standard curve.

Recommended Use and Precautions
