文献和实验birkin 我在尝试转染某种细胞，载体是购买的商业载体（pCMV6)，之前转染HEK293作为预实验，已经用WB证明有效，但是换到现在这种细胞之后就很奇怪，一开始想用短期转，结果WB做不出来，觉得可能是转染率太低，于是又改做稳定转染，用了G418筛选。花了近2个月，细胞稳定下来了，取样做RT-PCR，有相当强的mRNA表达（-RT和对照组转染也做了的，基本没有带，所以不会是污染），谁知做WB还是一点东西都没有……我都快疯了，既然能抗G418，又有大量mRNA
