①Express 酶的简介
TrypLE™w Express 是一种非动物源性重组酶，适用于解离各种贴壁哺乳动物细胞，包括 CHO、HEK 293、A529、原代人角质化细胞和胚胎干细胞。TrypLE™ Express 裂解赖氨酸和精氨酸 C-末端上的肽键，可直接替代胰蛋白酶。其纯度提高了特异性，减少了一些胰蛋白酶提取物中存在的其他酶对细胞可能造成的损害。
