English Product Description
Product Name: DMEM/F-12 Medium Cat.No. : 11330-032 Pack Size: 500 mL Form: Sterile liquid with phenol red pH indicator Composition: 1:1 mixture of DMEM and Ham’s F-12. Contains L-glutamine, HEPES buffer, high glucose, sodium pyruvate and phenol red. It contains no proteins, lipids or growth factors, normally supplemented with fetal bovine serum before use. Storage: Store at 2–8 °C, protect from light. Shelf life: 12 months from manufacture date. Features Combines high nutrient concentration of DMEM and rich trace elements of Ham’s F-12. HEPES provides extra pH buffering capacity and reduces pH fluctuation caused by CO₂ concentration changes, suitable for pH-sensitive mammalian cell culture. Application Widely used for culture of multiple mammalian cells including MDCK, fibroblasts, glial cells, endothelial cells, organoids and immortalized cell lines (e.g.OKF6/TERT-2). Applied in vaccine development and in vitro cell immunology experiments. Note: For research use only. Sterile 1× ready-to-use medium, no dilution required.
