    产品介绍

    SDA 马来酰亚胺是一种优异的异双功能交联剂,它有效地结合了两种已建立的化学模式:硫醇选择性马来酰亚胺化学和基于二氮丙啶的光亲和标记。其马来酰亚胺基团与一种蛋白质上的硫醇基团形成共价硫醚键,而二嗪部分在规定的间隔臂距离内,一旦被长波紫外线(330- 370 纳米)。 SDA 的两步化学交联过程可以使用传统的实验室紫外线灯轻松激活,从而简化实验方案。此外,即使在标准实验室照明条件下,SDA 交联剂也表现出出色的光稳定性,无需光线受限的环境。鉴于二氮丙啶马来酰亚胺具有膜渗透性,因此它可能适合体内细胞内和膜内缀合以及研究蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用。
