氧化酶 oxidase 是氧化还原酶的一种，是能利用分子态氧催化氧化反应的酶的总称。虽然也是以氧分子为氢（电子）受体的氧化还原酶，但有的也包括加氧酶。并广义的指整个氧化还原酶。脱氢酶中有以氧作为电子受体的，例如：黄嘌呤氧化酶，其辅基黄素被底物还原后，氧化形成过氧化氢，因此，是一种需氧的脱氢酶。又如细胞色素氧化酶，是以氧将含有Ⅱ价的血红素铁还原型细胞色素 C氧化变成含Ⅲ价血红素铁的氧化型细胞色素并生成水。
