尿酸氧化的接触酶。亦称尿酸酶（uricase）。以 EC1． 7． 3． 3氧化尿酸生成尿囊素、 CO2 和过氧化氢。 　尿酸 2H2 O＋ O2 —→尿囊素 CO2 H2 O2在哺乳类，只有肝脏、肾脏、脾脏含有此种酶。此外，鱼类、两栖类、斧足类、腹足类、甲壳类、双翅类、腔肠动物、棘皮动物等动物和 Aspergillus等霉菌中也含有此酶。人和灵长类动物的组织中无此酶，所以尿的成分中主要是尿酸，没有尿囊素。此酶一分子中，含有一分子的铜。最适 pH=9.25。此酶可被 KCN
