|dUTP即2'-Deoxyuridine 5'-triphosphate，中文名为脱氧尿苷三石粦酉夋，常用于PCR 、qPCR、 RT-PCR和RT-qPCR等反应中替代 dTTP，使扩增反应得到的产物中含有尿口密口定。将尿口密口定-N-糖基酶 UNG（也称为 UDG酶）加入到扩增反应体系中，可切除任何污染扩增产物的尿口密口定，从而避免假阳性的形成。
本产品为溶液钠盐形式，用超纯水配制，并用高纯度NaOH溶液调节pH值至7.0，浓度为100 mM。
经检测，dUTP纯度≥99%（HPLC），且无DNase和RNase污染。本产品为即用型，可以直接用于PCR等各种常规分子生物学反应。
