该细胞分选试剂盒设计通过免疫磁珠负选方式，从人全血中直接分离高度纯化的T细胞。非T细胞通过特定表面标记的抗体靶向去除。 四聚体抗体复合物和磁珠标记不需要的细胞，通过EasySep™磁极进行分离。 目的细胞被直接倒入新的管中，可以直接用于功能分析，流式细胞术或DNA/RNA提取。
优点：
- 无需密度梯度离心，沉淀或裂解，可去除>99.9％的红细胞；
- 分离细胞纯度高达97％；
- 快速，易于使用和无需分选柱；
- 分选的细胞未经标记。
