Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant Human Papillomavirus type 18 E7 protein, His tag (GTX133412-pro) using antibodies as below.

Detection: Human Papillomavirus type 18 E7 antibody [GT881] (GTX634337) (1 μg/mL)
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Human Papillomavirus type 18 E7 antibody [HL2522] (GTX638883) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
