Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] detects Tau (phospho Thr181) protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis in the presence of control peptide (left) or antigen-specific peptide (right).
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse brain.
Tau (phospho Thr181) stained by Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] (GTX638856) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Untreated (–) and treated (+) SK-N-SH whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] (GTX638856) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Untreated (–) and treated (+) Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] (GTX638856) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Sandwich ELISA detection of Tau peptide and Tau (phospho Thr181) peptide using antibodies as below.
Capture: Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2497] (GTX638855) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] (GTX638856) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX638856 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX638855. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.
Sandwich ELISA detection of Tau peptide and Tau (phospho Thr181) peptide using antibodies as below.
