Untreated (–) and treated (+) SK-N-SH whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2497] (GTX638855) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Sandwich ELISA detection of Tau peptide and Tau (phospho Thr181) peptide using antibodies as below.
Capture: Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] (GTX638856) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2497] (GTX638855) (1 μg/mL)

Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2497] detects Tau (phospho Thr181) protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis in the presence of control peptide (left) or antigen-specific peptide (right).
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse brain.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
