产品概述
Caspase-9 encodes a member of the cysteine-aspartic acid protease (caspase) family. Sequential activation of caspases plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. Caspases exist as inactive proenzymes which undergo proteolytic processing at conserved aspartic residues to produce two subunits, large and small, that dimerize to form the active enzyme. This protein can undergo autoproteolytic processing and activation by the apoptosome, a protein complex of cytochrome c and the apoptotic peptidase activating factor 1; this step is thought to be one of the earliest in the caspase activation cascade. This protein is thought to play a central role in apoptosis and to be a tumor suppressor.

月朗渔 我的试验是要先感染动物，再从动物体内取出待检测的细胞，测定细胞的凋亡。我现在做的有吉姆萨染色观察细胞形态、上流式检测早期和晚期细胞凋亡率。正准备做的有电镜观察细胞亚单位形态变化，caspase-9、caspase-3和细胞色素C释放的检测。因为我做的是线粒体途径的凋亡，所以选了这些指标，不知道是否合适？如果要排除死亡受体途径不知道还要检测哪些指标？还请各位高手指点一二。 月朗渔 怎么没人回啊？还请做过凋亡检测的朋友不吝
