Integrin α-7（ITGA7）属于粘附分子的整合素家族。整合素参与多种生物过程中重要的细胞间和细胞外基质相互作用。ITGA7是一种由α和β亚单位组成的异二聚体，主要表达于骨骼肌和心肌。在骨骼肌中，ITGA7是卫星细胞的标志物。它是基底膜蛋白层粘连蛋白-1以及层粘连素亚型-2和-4的特异性细胞受体，参与肌发生过程中的分化和迁移过程。ITGA7缺失会导致肌营养不良。分化的气道平滑肌细胞促进的收缩表型也需要ITGA7。
