非靶细胞，包括单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、B细胞、干细胞、树突状细胞、NK细胞、粒细胞或红系细胞，通过使用生物素结合抗体的混合物进行标记。该鸡尾酒含有针对CD14、CD15、CD16、CD19、CD34、CD36、CD56、CD123和CD235a（糖蛋白A）的抗体。随后，用Pan T Cell MicroBead cocktail对非靶细胞进行磁标记，再通过去除磁标记细胞实现高纯度T细胞的分离。
当直接标记T细胞表面分子可能干扰下游应用时，可以使用Pan T Cell Isolation Kit 分离的T细胞，如T细胞活化研究。用这一试剂盒分离的T细胞也被用于生成抗原特异性T细胞系。无触式分离得到的T细胞也可用于进一步分离特定T细胞亚群，例如naive或记忆T细胞和活化T细胞。
