描述：
TCL1，也称为 T 细胞白血病/淋巴瘤蛋白 1A、蛋白 p14 TCL1 和癌基因 TCL-1，是一种 14kD 的 β-桶蛋白，最初是根据其与 T 细胞幼淋巴细胞白血病 (T-PLL ）。由 T 细胞受体增强剂通过 inv(14)(q11;q32.1) 或 t(14;14)(q11;q32.1) 激活，TCL1 通常在未成熟的皮质胸腺细胞、活化的外周 T 细胞、 pro-B 细胞和外周淋巴组织的幼稚套区 B 细胞，但在后生发中心 (GC) 记忆 B 细胞和浆细胞中不存在。Akt 和 TCL1 通过 Akt 的 pleckstrin 同源结构域相互作用，在内质膜的小叶处形成异源寡聚体，从而刺激蛋白激酶 C-丝裂原活化蛋白激酶-细胞外信号相关激酶 (PKC-MAPK-ERK) 信号转导通路。TCL1 还通过阻断 PKCθ 来抑制 T 细胞中激活诱导的细胞死亡。除了 T-PLL 失调还涉及 B 细胞瘤形成，如淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤、慢性淋巴细胞白血病 (CLL) 和伯基特淋巴瘤。

Storage & Handling：The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Application：ICFC - Quality tested
Recommended Usage：Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or 5 µl per 100 µl of whole blood.
* Alexa Fluor® 647 has a maximum emission of 668 nm when it is excited at 633nm / 635nm.
