    产品介绍:

    实验原理:
    针对目标区域设计脱硫生物素标记的特异性RNA探针,并与细胞蛋白提取物孵育。通过偶联磁珠,经洗脱,得到目的RNA探针-蛋白质复合物。最后采用Western Blot或质谱鉴定蛋白质类型。
