目的：比较TRFIA与ELISA两种方法对HBVM检测的结果，并对其进行分析，了解TRFIA法测定HBVM的准确性及可行性。方法：对102例就诊患者的血清标本同时采用TRFIA和ELISA两种方法检测乙肝标志物。结果：两种检测方法对HBVM的结果比较差异无显著性(P>0．05)。但就乙肝患者检测的医学模式来讲，以TRFIA法的结果为标准，与ELISA法比较有所差别，其中HBsAgHBcAb阳性模式者有显著差异(P<0．05)，其他医学模式均无差异。结论：TRFIA对HBVM的检出率高于ELISA，能够弥补ELISA法因灵敏度相对较低所引起的假阴性，TRFIA作为一种高灵敏度的方法，可为临床诊断、疗效观察、及乙肝疫苗的接种提供依据。
