分泌学说 secretion theory

主张脊椎动物肾脏的排泄机制，是向肾小管内腔分泌的一种学说。是与滤过- 再吸收学说相对立的。过去 R.Heidenhain （ 1876 ）曾提出了这种学说，认为水分和盐类是由肾小球体所分泌，而尿的其他成分则由肾小管上皮细胞所分泌。后来经过实验研究，得到了对滤过 - 再吸收学说有利的结果，但是也证实了象那样没有肾小球的鱼类也能从肾小管分泌尿的成分（ E.K.Marshall ， 1928 ）。现已证实，恒温动物的肾小管也能正常地分泌肌酐、马尿酸、 K 、 H 、 NH ₄ 、 PO ₄ ^3- 等。此外，还能将 P- 氨基马尿酸、泻药（ diodrast ）、酚红、青霉素等对机体的异性物质排出体外。人的清除率可达 GFR （肾小球滤过量）的 4 — 5 倍。
