    神经胶质细胞（neuroglial cell）

    神经组织主要由神经细胞（即神经元）及神经胶质细胞组成。神经胶质细胞在中枢神经系统中数量极多，如按细胞核计数，则神经胶质细胞的数目约为神经细胞的 10倍；如按体积计算，神经胶质细胞与神经细胞约各占脑容积的一半。神经细胞被神经胶质细胞紧密地包围起来，两者关系密切。
