蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)) Hemagglutinin / HA-specific B cell probe (ACP41105.1) (with a mutation Tyr108Phe), termed as HA, was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
